Rent To Own

For tenants with a strong payment history and the ability to make a down payment on a home, Lesley Affordable Homes offers a rent-to-own program. Under this program, tenants apply a portion of their rental payments to the home’s ownership.

Under the rent-to-own program, the tenant is responsible to maintain the home. Most tenants who use this program are able to own their homes in only 5-7 years.
